Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) | Full-time | Outpatient | Richmond, KY

Our Richmond clinic provides comprehensive outpatient physical therapy services for a diverse orthopedic population, including sports injuries, post-operative rehabilitation, spine care, balance and vestibular disorders, and performance enhancement. Working under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist, you'll help patients regain strength, improve mobility, and achieve their rehabilitation goals through evidence-based treatment interventions. Your Role
- Provide physical therapy treatments under the direction and supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.
- Implement individualized treatment plans for patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions.
- Instruct patients in therapeutic exercises, functional activities, and home exercise programs.
- Monitor patient progress and communicate findings with the supervising Physical Therapist.
- Accurately document patient care using AI-powered Scribe documentation technology.
- Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care while promoting positive clinical outcomes.
- Contribute to a collaborative team environment focused on clinical excellence.
Requirements
- Associate degree from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
- Current licensure or eligibility as a Physical Therapist Assistant.
- Eligible to work in the United States.
- Experience in outpatient orthopedic, musculoskeletal, post-operative, or sports rehabilitation settings is a plus.
- Experience with EMR documentation, scheduling workflows, and billing-related documentation is a plus.
