Our client is a data-driven engagement platform that uses modern technology to change how content reaches people. Their product helps maximize the value of digital content and make sure it gets to the right audience at the right time.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on analytics / BI experience in a data-driven environment (performance marketing, e-commerce, product analytics, or similar).
  • Strong SQL — comfortable writing complex queries against large datasets independently.
  • Proven experience designing and analyzing A/B tests, including a working grasp of statistical significance.
  • Strong analytical mindset; able to turn messy data into clear, defensible recommendations.
  • Self-directed and accountable, comfortable operating autonomously as an external partner across time zones.
  • Strong English communication skills.

Will be a plus

  • Exposure to ad monetization, RSOC / AFS, search arbitrage, or programmatic advertising.
  • Familiarity with paid-social traffic (Meta, TikTok, Snapchat). BI tooling (Grafana, Looker, Tableau, Metabase) and light Python/pandas.
  • Familiarity with Google AdSense policy

Responsibilities

  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Extract, clean, and analyze performance data across the product. Identify trends, winning variants, and underperforming segments by yield, RPM, and engagement, and report findings clearly to stakeholders.
  • Test Design & Tracking: Design statistically sound A/B tests, track them end to end, and drive each to a clear, data-backed verdict. (Test deployment on-platform is straightforward and fully supported — no engineering required.)
  • Feed & Segment Optimization: Diagnose underperforming segments, root-cause the drivers from the data, and recommend optimizations validated against test results.
  • Competitor Intelligence: Use spy tools and manual research to study competitor landers, funnels, and structures, and translate observations into testable hypotheses. (Training provided.)
  • Monitoring & Anomaly Detection: Build and maintain dashboards and automated monitors over live activity; investigate performance anomalies and irregularities in the data.
  • Traffic & Behavior Analysis: Analyze traffic patterns and user behavior to flag bots, synthetic sessions, or irregular activity that could affect performance or compliance. Compliance Awareness: Help keep creatives, landers, and feeds aligned with Google AdSense policies, escalating compliance risks early. (Policy guidance provided.)
