We’re looking for a Digital Advertising Manager to drive Omnisend's paid acquisition strategy. In this role, you'll lead the strategy, planning, executing, and optimizing multichannel advertising initiatives across platforms. You'll be responsible for setting strategic frameworks to ensure campaigns meet performance goals, exploring innovative advertising approaches. By leveraging your deep expertise in PPC and data analysis, you’ll play a pivotal role in scaling Omnisend’s growth.

What you'll do @Omnisend:

  • Own and evolve our PPC strategy across Google Ads, YouTube, Microsoft Ads, and selected social platforms.

  • Plan, launch, and scale high-budget campaigns focused on awareness, signups, demo requests, and paying customers.

  • Bring new campaign ideas to the table and ship them: creative angles, audience tests, bidding shifts, channel expansions.

  • Proactively use AI into how you plan, build, and optimize campaigns.   

  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics, turning complex data into clear insights and actionable improvements.

  • Hold a high execution bar so every campaign achieves its goals.

  • Run competitive research and stay close to emerging ad platforms, formats, and tools to keep Omnisend ahead in the market.

  • Spot growth opportunities across channels and feed them into the wider digital marketing strategy.

  • Collaborate closely with external partners (agencies and freelancers) and internal teams - including Influencers & Affiliates, Agency Partners, Brand & Creative, Web, and Product Marketing - to keep messaging and creative aligned across campaigns.

  • What we expect from you:

  • 2+ years running and scaling paid acquisition campaigns, ideally in SaaS and/or ecommerce.

  • Hands-on expertise with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager; comfortable in YouTube and Microsoft Ads.

  • Deep proficiency in GA4, attribution models and web tracking 

  • Willingness to learn and AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, n8n, etc.) for campaign ideation, creative production, and workflow automation.

  • Sharp analytical and strategic thinking - you turn complex data into decisions.

  • Strong project management; you prioritize ruthlessly in a fast-paced environment.

  • Solid understanding of media buying, audience research, web tracking and campaign planning at scale.

  • Excellent written and spoken English.
