About the role
We have an immediate need for an enthusiastic, self-motivated HVAC Comfort Advisor. This is an amazing opportunity to get into the HVAC field! This sales position requires a strong ability to communicate efficiently with our clients, meet sales goals, and able to help our customers find the right options for their homes!
Office located in Hutto, TX
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Use a consultative sales approach to present options to new and existing customers
- Leads provided!
- Present customer purchasing options including financing
- Actively follow-up on all sales leads and customer requests
- Provide a world class customer experience with every interaction
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekdays, evenings, and weekends
- Able to work individually and as part of a team
Skills/Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years sales experience (Required)
- Strong ability to understand basic technical information related to HVAC equipment
- Excellent communications skills
- Energetic and passionate about selling and providing excellent customer service
- Some college or technical school education preferred
- Must be willing to undergo standard drug test and background check

Work Environment:
Work in field environments across residential job sites, climbing ladders and navigating uneven surfaces. Regularly works in confined spaces and moves materials up to 50 pounds. Operates hand and power tools and vehicles. Must be able to see, hear, and exchange accurate information with customers and team members. Regular exposure to outdoor weather, noise, and dust.
