About the role
The project has a fixed duration: 2026. September 1 – December 31.
As a Data Integration Lead, you will take end-to-end ownership of integration activities related to the MDM platform. You will provide technical leadership, define integration strategies, and ensure the successful design and delivery of scalable, secure, and high-quality integration solutions across multiple systems and teams.
You will act as the key coordination point between architecture, business stakeholders, project teams, and external systems, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards, governance principles, and program timelines.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and guide the integration team in the design and delivery of integration solutions
- Define integration strategies and select appropriate patterns for connecting the MDM platform with third-party systems
- Plan, structure, and coordinate all integration activities, including effort estimation and resource planning
- Develop and maintain detailed integration workplans aligned with architecture and program governance
- Oversee end-to-end execution of integration deliverables, ensuring quality, consistency, and timely delivery
- Collaborate closely with architects, business stakeholders, system experts, and project management
- Manage dependencies and alignment with parallel initiatives and enterprise programs
- Identify risks and issues early and drive mitigation actions
- Ensure integration solutions follow best practices in scalability, performance, security, and maintainability
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in data integration and/or data engineering roles
- 2+ years of experience in a technical leadership or team lead role
- Strong hands-on experience with ETL/ELT tools and modern data integration patterns
- Solid knowledge of relational and non-relational databases (SQL/NoSQL) and data warehousing concepts
- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
- Strong understanding of REST APIs, web services, microservices architecture, and data streaming technologies (e.g., Kafka)
- Advanced SQL and data modeling skills
- Proven experience leading integration projects in complex enterprise environments
- Strong stakeholder management and excellent communication skills in English
- Ability to bridge technical depth with business needs and simplify complex problems
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making mindset
