About the role
First National Bank of America is seeking a thorough and consistent Loan Disclosure Specialist. This role is responsible for ensuring accuracy in disclosing fees associated with a mortgage loan to the borrower. A successful Loan Disclosure Specialist will have excellent attention to detail and will be able to adhere to established guidelines.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately disclose loan fees to the borrower
- Work with team members to resolve technical loan issues
- Provide great service for internal staff and bank customers
- Develop and maintain knowledge of TRID guidelines
- Work independently while collaborating with a team
Qualifications:
- High attention to detail
- Proven ability to prepare documents accurately
- Effective communication with internal employees
- Must be able to read, examine, and organize documents
- The ability to multitask and focus in busy office environment is essential
