The Opportunity

LLMs are changing how companies work with data. Zeit AI is building the autonomous data agent for Europe, enabling operators in manufacturing, agriculture, aviation and beyond to answer questions and run workflows without relying on expensive data teams.

We are a team of seven, at over €1M ARR, with a working product and paying customers. Now we are scaling our commercial team.

As a Business Development Representative, you will own the very first interaction with future customers. You are responsible for generating and qualifying pipeline through outbound prospecting and fast inbound response. You are not just booking meetings, but you are shaping how the market understands Zeit AI.

This role can offer a clear progression but we are also open to unconventional paths. Within six months, you can grow into a Senior BDR. Within twelve months, you can step into a Junior AE role and close full-cycle deals.

You’ll Thrive If You

  • enjoy fast-paced environments and are excited to reach out to new prospects daily

  • are hungry, curious, resilient, persistent

  • communicate clearly and confidently, in English (fluent), German is a plus

  • are familiar with CRM Tools (Hubspot ideally) and outreach platforms (nice to have)

  • take ownership. You prepare your calls, run discovery conversations, qualify based on pain, urgency and fit, and hand over opportunities cleanly.

About the Role

  • Outbound across cold calls, email, and LinkedIn with high volume and high quality

  • Quickly jump into inbound demo requests and events

  • Run first discovery calls and qualify opportunities using “Pain - Urgency - Fit”

  • Pitch Zeit AI clearly and confidently, handle objections using proven playbooks, and maintain a clean CRM

  • Work closely with the GTM Lead and the founders to refine messaging and continuously improve conversion rates

  • Live case study in our Munich office (2h) with hands-on-challenges and real-world scenarios
