AST SpaceMobile is building the first and only global cellular broadband network in space to operate directly with standard, unmodified mobile devices based on our extensive IP and patent portfolio and designed for both commercial and government applications. Our engineers and space scientists are on a mission to eliminate the connectivity gaps faced by today’s five billion mobile subscribers and finally bring broadband to the billions who remain unconnected.
Summary:
The Aerospace Warehouse and Logistics Associate compiles and maintains records of quantity, type, and value of material, equipment, or supplies. Inventory consists of primarily small aerospace items in large quantities.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Accurately controls and tracks physical inventory.
- Process delivery requests and generate product shipments.
- Maintains status of orders through entire process.
- Maintains and manages accurate records of quantity, type, and value of material, equipment, merchandise, and/or supplies stocked.
- Counts and bags material for storage and issues material from stock.
- Researches and resolves inventory discrepancies.
- Completes all stores, receiving and shipping transactions, computer data entry.
- Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
Minimum Qualifications:
- US Citizen, Permanent Resident Card Holder, or Non Citizen authorized to work for any employer
- 0–1 year related experience
- High attention to detail
- Ability to stand, and lift objects
- Ability to operate lifting and packaging machinery.
- Commitment to excellence and high standards
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Proficient on Excel, Word, Outlook
- Proven ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Valid Driver's License.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Forklift License
- Previous experience with Oracle and/or NetSuite
