You will be part of the founding team of engineers in our brand new tech lab in India! You will be tasked with building the foundations and establishing the best engineering culture of the tech lab to design, develop, test and ship software that propels the business forward.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain software that drives Ninja Van’s complex logistics operations.
  • Take ownership of the architecture and implementation of major features, modules, and entire products.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including product managers, UX designers, and QA engineers—to deliver high-quality software on time.
  • Develop and maintain APIs, and integrate third-party services where necessary.
  • Ensure application performance, security, reliability, and scalability.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance existing systems.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following industry best practices.
  • Participate actively in code reviews, technical discussions, and team collaboration activities.
  • Stay current with emerging tools, frameworks, and best practices in software development.
  • Requirements

  • Minimum 3+ years of industry experience is mandatory.
  • Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS/SCSS, JavaScript, and libraries/frameworks like React.js and TypeScript.
  • Strong back-end development experience using Java or Golang (preferably Golang).
  • Hands-on experience with SQL/NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL) and version control systems (e.g., Git).
  • Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
  • Knowledge of cloud services (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
