As a key member of the Senior Management Team, the Head of L&D will be responsible for implementing effective strategic and operational HR that aligns with the Trust's values and enables the organisation to achieve its goals and growth through our people.

The key objectives are to build capacity and capability through the delivery of Talent Management & Career Development, Employee Engagement, Reward & Recognition and Learning & Development strategies that will create a diverse, skilled and high performing organisational team.

This position will be a trusted partner and advisor to the CEO, functional leaders and employees and will focus on delivering best in class:

• Talent Management
• Capability building and succession planning
• Talent development programmes and initiatives
• Employee Experience & Engagement strategies
• Employee wellbeing programmes
• Reward & Recognition
• Change projects & Culture build initiatives
