About the role
You will take full ownership of the company’s global Human Resources and Administrative Management, driving organizational excellence across all global entities. Your key responsibilities include:
- Global HR Strategy & Organizational Design: Align human resources strategy with the company's global business objectives and AI-driven growth; continuously optimize the organizational structure, define roles, and enhance overall agility and efficiency.
- Performance Management & Total Rewards: Design, implement, and optimize global performance evaluation systems (e.g., OKRs/KPIs); establish competitive compensation structures and incentive schemes to foster a high-performance, results-oriented culture.
- Corporate Culture & Employee Alignment: Shape, articulate, and promote Traze’s core values globally; cultivate a strong sense of Ownership among the younger workforce and bridge cultural gaps across cross-border teams.
- Global Employment Compliance & Risk Management: Oversee and ensure absolute compliance with labor laws, data privacy, and employment regulations across different jurisdictions; proactively identify and mitigate global HR compliance risks.
- Talent Development & Leadership Building: Focus on internal talent mapping, succession planning, and designing professional growth tracks; nurture next-generation management power and maximize team potential (excluding recruitment).
- Global Office & Administrative Operations: Standardize, streamline, and oversee daily administrative workflows and office management across all international entities to ensure a high-quality, seamless workplace experience.
- Vendor, Procurement & Budget Management: Lead administrative procurement, manage third-party vendors and SaaS tool subscriptions, control cross-regional administrative budgets, and coordinate major corporate events.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above.
- Proven track record as an HRBP in a fast-growing international business.
- Prior experience in a fast-growing startup or building HR systems and processes from 0 to 1 is highly preferred
- 8 years of experience or above as a holistic HR Head or Regional HR Leader is preferred.
- English as a working language; fluent and proficient in conducting multinational meetings and written documentation.
- Strong Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to quickly diagnose issues and deliver effective solutions in complex and ambiguous environments.
- Agility & Adaptability: Thrive in a fast-paced, high-iteration business rhythm and flexibly adjust strategies on the fly.
- Project & Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to independently lead cross-regional projects and collaborate efficiently with diverse stakeholders.
- Fast Learner: Capable of quickly mastering labor laws, market practices, and cultural nuances across different countries.
