Job Description

• Provide customer support and troubleshooting assistance to clients in their use of the IFS ERP software platform within the Finance domain.
• Identify and analyse functional or configuration issues in Finance modules and provide timely resolutions or workarounds.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and developers to escalate and resolve complex issues.
• Document and maintain support processes and knowledgebase articles to assist in issue resolution and knowledge sharing.
• Stay updated on the latest features and enhancements of the IFS ERP software and provide recommendations to clients for system improvements.

Requirements

• An academic background with a bachelor's degree in a relevant field or discipline.
• 2–3 years of experience working with IFS ERP, preferably providing support within the Finance domain.
• Good understanding of IFS Finance modules and their configuration, functionality, and typical troubleshooting processes.
• Basic to intermediate understanding of core accounting principles (GL, AP/AR, fixed assets, reporting).
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to understand issues and propose effective solutions.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to work with clients and internal teams.
• Ability to manage tasks independently, prioritize workload, and adapt to a dynamic work environment.
