Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

Job Summary

This full-time LCSW role gives you the opportunity to provide therapy through telehealth while supporting clients with real-life concerns that affect their mental and emotional well-being. You will meet with clients virtually, complete assessments, guide treatment planning, and provide ongoing therapy that helps clients better manage symptoms, stress, and personal challenges.

The work is direct, client-centered, and grounded in professional clinical care.

Position Details

• Location: Tampa
• Work Setting: Remote / Telehealth
• Position Type: Full-Time
• Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year with full benefits
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients virtually for scheduled therapy sessions
• Complete clinical intake assessments and review relevant history
• Create treatment plans based on client goals and clinical presentation
• Provide therapy for anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, grief, and adjustment issues
• Track progress and update care plans when needed
• Complete clinical notes and required documentation accurately
• Maintain privacy and follow HIPAA guidelines
• Use telehealth tools professionally and consistently

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program
• Active and unrestricted LCSW license in Florida
• Previous experience providing therapy or clinical social work services
• Comfortable delivering care through telehealth platforms
• Strong clinical assessment, documentation, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently while maintaining professional standards
• Reliable internet connection and a private workspace for virtual sessions
