What Youβll Do:
As an Inside Sales Representative, your mission is simple (and exciting): Turn inbound demo requests into happy Lemlist customers. Youβll engage with prospects, understand their pain points, and showcase how Lemlist can solve their challenges.
π₯ Own Inbound Leads: Handle a high volume of inbound demo requests and guide prospects from first call to close.
π§ Sell Consultatively: Run tailored product demos, uncover real pain points, and build strong, long-term relationships.
Hit (and Beat) Targets: Close deals with an average deal size of β¬1,500 ARR and drive real revenue impact.
π Manage Your Pipeline: Keep the CRM clean, follow up like a pro, and keep communication smooth and human.
π Level Up Constantly: Embrace coaching, ask for feedback, and always look for ways to sharpen your sales game.
