About the Role

GTM & Sales Strategy

As the Delivery Operations Manager of Koodo Digital GTM & Sales Strategy, you will oversee the day-to-day execution and flow of work across Koodo.com. This role serves as the operational backbone of the team, ensuring work is properly prioritized, tracked, assigned, and delivered through effective workflow management in Jira. The ideal candidate excels at coordinating teams, facilitating productive meetings, managing stakeholder requests, and continuously improving delivery processes. You will be joining a team of 4, reporting to the Manager of the Koodo Digital Sales Strategy team, and will work closely with the Marketing Managers and cross-functional GTM teams.

Key Responsibilities:

● Team Coordination & Facilitation: Facilitate team meetings (daily standups, planning &

prioritization sessions, retrospectives, design reviews and staging demos), coordinate delivery

efforts through regular team planning meetings, identify blockers and drive resolution by

engaging appropriate cross-functional team members.

● Jira Administration & Work Management: Own and maintain the team’s Jira board, workflows,

and backlogs. Assess, triage, organize, and prioritize incoming requests. Ensure work is

appropriately documented, estimated, assigned, and tracked. Monitor ticket progress and

proactively follow up on overdue or blocked work. Maintain backlog health and ensure priorities

align with business objectives. Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting to provide

visibility into team progress.

● Intake & Workflow Operations: Oversee stakeholder request submission workflows. Establish

and maintain operational processes for work moving through the delivery lifecycle. Ensure

pre-development requirements are completed before work enters development, including:

design, copywriting and development readiness. Coordinate handoffs between functional teams to ensure smooth execution. Accountable for validating that releases were successful through

manual verification in production.

● Capacity Planning & Reporting: Track team capacity, utilization, and delivery timelines. Monitor project milestones and delivery commitments. Produce regular reports on: Team capacity, delivery timelines & work-in-progress levels. Provide the Koodo team’s Manager and Marketing Managers with clear visibility into delivery status and risks.

● Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate team workflows and identify opportunities to

improve efficiency. Recommend and implement process improvements to increase delivery

velocity and predictability. Develop best practices for work intake, prioritization, and

cross-functional collaboration. Champion operational excellence and data-driven decision

making.

Required Experience:

● 3+ years of experience in project coordination, delivery management, operations management,

or agile team facilitation, preferably in a digital sales or marketing environment.

● Strong experience managing Jira boards, workflows, dashboards, and reporting.

● Experience coordinating cross-functional teams, including product, design, development, QA,

content, and business stakeholders.

● Experience with Jira Software, Confluence, and Google Suite Applications.

● Strong organizational and prioritization skills.

● Excellent facilitation and stakeholder management abilities.

● Experience tracking team capacity, delivery metrics, and project timelines.
