The Role: Impact & Ownership

As our Customer Experience Specialist, you will be the go-to person for our Dutch players. We believe in empowering our team to actually solve problems, not just pass cases around.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Multichannel Support: Assisting players via phone, chat, and email regarding account queries, payments, and general support.
  • End-to-End Resolution: Solving cases fully—you own the player's journey from start to finish.
  • Operational Integrity: Approving withdrawals, handling KYC (Know Your Customer) documentation, and running daily security checks.
  • Strategic Feedback: Spotting trends and sharing insights with internal teams to improve our processes and products.
  • KPI Driven: Contributing to a high-performing team atmosphere and meeting service level targets.

Requirements

We are looking for professionals who view this as a long-term career move.

  • Service Background: You must have proven experience in a customer service role. We are looking for stability; we value candidates who have stayed and grown within their previous companies.
  • Language Skills: You are fluent in Dutch (written and spoken) with a strong command of English.
  • Fast-Paced Mindset: You are a social, confident communicator and a multitasker who thrives in a dynamic environment.
  • iGaming Interest: You have an interest in Sports or Casino (or at least aren't confused by the concept of odds).
  • Flexibility: You are open to shift work to support our players when they need us most.
