Requirements

What You Bring

• Active RN or LPN license in good standing
• Eligibility to work in the United States
• Pediatric experience is a plus (training provided!)
• Experience providing skilled nursing care for medically complex pediatric patients, including high-acuity needs such as trach care, vent care, G-tubes, and seizure care, is a plus
• Experience delivering family-centered, patient-first care in home settings is a plus
• Ability to build trust with families through compassionate one-on-one care and communicate care plans with parents and guardians is a plus
