Position Title: Lead Generation Specialist

Job Responsibilities:

  • Utilize our dialer system to initiate outbound calls to potential leads and present our energy solutions.
  • Engage and build rapport with prospective clients to identify their needs and interests.
  • Record and maintain detailed information about leads and interactions in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to effectively hand off qualified leads.
  • Achieve and exceed daily and weekly lead generation targets.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field is a plus.
  • Proficiency in using technology and CRM tools.
  • Availability to work full-time hours in the specified schedule.
