WHAT YOU’LL DO:
  • Support APAC Partner Management with alignment to global vendor and distributor relationships.
  • Assist in achieving commercial agreements, rebates, incentives, and partner program benefits.
  • Manage vendor portals, registrations, compliance training, and partner status requirements.
  • Coordinate QBR preparation, POS reporting, rebate submissions, and reconciliations.
  • Maintain and manage vendor/supplier agreements, data repositories, and documentation.
  • Work closely with Finance, Order Management, and internal stakeholders to ensure operational alignment.
  • Support vendor onboarding, sustainability initiatives, and global event sponsorships.
  • Help streamline Partner Management processes across the business.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED:

  • Experience in partner/vendor management, operations, or channel support roles.
  • Strong coordination skills across vendors, distributors, and internal stakeholders.
  • Proven experience managing commercial agreements, rebates, POS data, and compliance requirements.
  • Strong data management, documentation, and organisational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, with strong presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to negotiate high‑value commercial or revenue‑impacting agreements.
  • Ability to work cross‑functionally and contribute effectively at all levels of the organization.
  • Comfortable working across regions and countries, including the ability to travel when required.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and collaborative with a process‑improvement mindset.
