We're seeking an entrepreneurial Account Executive to help launch Bigblue in the German market. You'll shape our approach from the ground up, handling qualification calls, prospecting, product demos, and closing deals.

- Develop and implement German market strategy
- Identify key segments and market insights
- Collaborate on localized approaches with internal teams
- Provide German market feedback to improve products and sales

Lead Generation and Qualification
- Source and qualify leads for pipeline development
- Conduct qualification calls to assess fit
- Maintain pipeline to meet revenue targets
- Use data to prioritize prospects
- Mentor and support existing SDRs

Sales Process Execution
- Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closing
- Deliver value-focused product demos
- Create proposals and manage negotiations
- Close deals and ensure smooth onboarding handovers
