Our client - an international manufacturing company operating in the sustainable construction materials sector is looking for an experienced Export Sales Manager to drive business growth across Eastern Europe and North Asia.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and strengthening distributor and partner networks in markets such as Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Serbia, Albania, Turkey, and neighboring countries. The position combines strategic business development, partner relationship management, and project-driven sales activities within the building materials industry.

You will work closely with local partners to support commercial development, identify new business opportunities, and ensure successful execution of projects in the region.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, partners, and key stakeholders across the region.
  • Support local sales and marketing teams in promoting façade and construction solutions within their markets.
  • Cooperate with internal teams to ensure smooth lead management and project follow-up.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, projects, and potential partners.
  • Conduct regular meetings and business reviews with partners to align on commercial targets and ongoing activities.
  • Maintain accurate project and sales pipeline information within CRM systems.
  • Collaborate with technical, logistics, customer service, and marketing teams to ensure high customer satisfaction and successful project delivery.
  • Report directly to senior commercial leadership and contribute to regional growth strategy.
  • Travel within the assigned region approximately 20–40% of the time.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, engineering, architecture, economics, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally within construction materials, technical products, or design-oriented industries.
  • Experience with façade systems is considered an advantage; willingness to learn technical aspects is important.
  • Strong English communication skills; additional languages such as Russian, Turkish, or Serbian would be beneficial.
  • Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and communication skills.
  • Independent, proactive, and results-oriented personality with the ability to manage priorities effectively.
  • Comfortable working autonomously while also collaborating across international teams.
  • Resilient and adaptable mindset with a strong commercial drive.
