Are you fluent in Norwegian and passionate about helping customers and business partners? Would you like to live in Greece while working in a dynamic international environment, with the flexibility to work on-site in Athens or remotely from anywhere in Greece?

We are looking for Norwegian-speaking Customer Service and Partner Support Representatives to join our growing team. You will support end-users and business partners of a leading online food delivery and quick commerce platform, ensuring high-quality service and a seamless experience.

Your Responsibilities

Customer Service:

  • Handle customer inquiries via chat, email, and phone
  • Assist with questions about orders, deliveries, and platform usage
  • Ensure high-quality customer experiences by following internal procedures
  • Participate in 10 days of paid training followed by on-the-job nesting in production

Partner Service:

  • Support restaurants and business partners via chat, email, and phone
  • Provide technical and operational guidance to ensure smooth platform operations
  • Maintain high-quality interactions and follow internal guidelines
  • Participate in 15 days of paid training followed by on-the-job nesting in production

Both Roles:

  • Apply professional judgment and maintain customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with team members to improve workflows and service quality
  • Be open to future cross-training opportunities between Customer Service and Partner Service

Requirements

  • Fluent Norwegian (spoken and written)
  • Very good English skills
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Strong attention to detail and empathy for customers and partners
  • Comfortable using Windows OS, internet tools, and MS Office
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Previous experience in customer service, call centers, or support roles is a plus
  • Willingness to take phone calls and handle sensitive inquiries
  • Proactive mindset and eagerness to learn
