Physical Therapist

Location: Edison, NJ
Position: Full-Time
Salary: $90K to $110K a year
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Job Summary:
We are looking for a Physical Therapist to guide patients through recovery with clear treatment plans and hands-on support. You will help patients improve strength, mobility, balance, and comfort so they can return to everyday routines with better function and independence.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations and identify patient therapy needs
• Create individualized plans of care
• Provide therapeutic exercises and functional movement training
• Help patients improve strength, coordination, and range of motion
• Track results and adjust treatment based on patient progress
• Provide patient education for home programs and prevention
• Maintain accurate records for each visit and treatment plan

Requirements

• Doctor of Physical Therapy degree
• Active New Jersey Physical Therapist license
• Experience in outpatient or rehabilitation care preferred
• Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills
• Ability to work well with patients and clinical staff
