- Contribute to the execution of the product roadmap for Network Observability, including LiveNX and Network Synthetics
- Support the definition and delivery of features for the Network Synthetics product
- Translate product requirements into user stories and maintain a well-prioritized backlog
- Collaborate with internal teams and field stakeholders to deliver high-quality features and enhancements
- Assist in incorporating AI-driven insights into observability workflows, including event correlation, root cause analysis, and emerging agentic capabilities
- Engage directly with customers and field teams to gather feedback, validate use cases, and understand real-world challenges
- Partner with sales engineers and customer-facing teams to support demos, evaluations, and customer engagements
- Develop training and enablement materials, including documentation, demos, presentations, and customer-facing webinars
- Support go-to-market activities, including product launches and enablement
- Track product performance metrics and contribute to ongoing analysis and reporting
- 1–3 years of experience in product management, product analytics, or a technical role such as network engineering, IT operations, or sales engineering
- Hands-on experience or familiarity with networking technologies such as routing, wireless, NetFlow, or similar
- Strong customer orientation, with experience engaging users, gathering feedback, or supporting customer-facing activities
- Interest in observability, AI/ML, or data-driven products
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to break down complex problems and communicate clearly
- Experience working in agile or fast-paced environments
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
