This role requires a dedicated professional to provide impeccable poolside service, ensuring guests receive a luxurious and safe experience. You will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and guest satisfaction in the pool area.

Responsibilities

• Warmly welcome and assist guests using the pool facilities
• Maintain a vigilant presence to ensure guest safety and adherence to hotel policies
• Provide prompt and courteous service, responding to guest requests efficiently
• Manage the cleanliness and presentation of the pool area, including furniture and surroundings
• Coordinate with maintenance and other departments to address any pool-related issues
• Inform guests about pool hours, hotel amenities, and safety guidelines
• Support the delivery of an exceptional luxury guest experience at all times

Requirements

• Proven experience as a pool attendant or in a similar hospitality role at a luxury hotel or resort
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks
• Familiarity with luxury service standards and protocols
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
• High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certifications are a plus
• Must be currently in UAE
