Müller's Solutions is seeking an experienced HR Consultant with expertise in MENAiTech solutions to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with clients across the MENA region to provide strategic HR consulting services, helping them optimize their HR processes, implement effective solutions, and drive organizational success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive HR assessments to identify areas for improvement and recommend actionable strategies.
• Implement MENAiTech solutions tailored to meet the specific needs of clients in the MENA region.
• Provide guidance on HR best practices, including talent management, performance management, and employee engagement.
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions to educate clients on HR processes and MENAiTech tools.
• Stay informed about market trends, legal regulations, and human resources developments in the MENA region.
• Build strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and long-term partnerships.

Requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as an HR Consultant, with a strong focus on MENAiTech solutions.
• In-depth knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices specific to the MENA region.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in change management and organizational development initiatives.
• Fluency in English and Arabic is highly preferred.
• Willingness to travel within the MENA region as needed.
