About the role
Legal Assistant
Providence, Rhode Island | Full-Time | In Office
Help Build the Next Chapter of a Growing Estate Planning and Probate Practice
Rampino Law, Ltd. is seeking a Legal Assistant to become a cornerstone of its growing estate planning and probate practice. This is a rare opportunity to be on the ground floor of a new Providence office — working directly alongside Attorney Kenneth Rampino as the firm expands, and growing into a trusted right-hand member of the team from day one.
This is not a siloed role. The ideal candidate wears many hats, takes pride in exceptional client service, and wants to build something meaningful alongside an experienced solo practitioner.

After more than a decade of practice, the firm is launching a new Providence office this fall. This hire will be central to that launch.
