The Function & Team The People function at Triple Point is responsible for the full employee lifecycle from talent acquisition and onboarding through to development, engagement and offboarding. The function operates as a true business partner, combining strategic people insight with high-quality operational delivery. The People Operations Manager will report to the People Operations Director and work closely with Senior HR Business Partners, the Talent Acquisition Manager and cross-functional stakeholders across Finance, Legal and the wider business. |

The Role Reporting to the People Operations Director, this is a hands-on HR operational role. The People Operations Manager will build and own a high-performing People Operations function grounded in process excellence, data integrity and operational discipline. The role holder will define, document and embed end-to-end People processes, establish governance and controls, drive efficiencies through systems and automation, and own the data, payroll and benefits infrastructure that underpins the function. |
