Key Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of the P&L, achieve financial goals, and operate as the mini CEO of your division.
- Set goals, budgets, and formulate business plans, leading by example.
- Utilize new technology and strong management skills to lead an efficient, safe, and technically strong team, with a focus on up-skilling and internal promotion.

Requirements:
- 15-10 years of experience in Oil & Gas / EPCC.
- Strong personal network with clients, projects, and contractors in the Malaysian market, with a stellar reputation.
- Qualified engineer with a strong CV and multiple successful project completions.
- Demonstrated commercial acumen, leadership, report writing, budgeting, and communication skills.
