Position Overview:
We are seeking motivated individuals to assist clients with hotel reservations and vacation planning. In this remote role, you’ll help travelers find the right accommodations, answer questions, and provide a smooth booking experience. No prior travel experience is required — full training is provided.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients with hotel research and reservations
  • Provide details on pricing, amenities, and availability
  • Communicate with clients via phone, email, or online platforms
  • Maintain accurate booking records
  • Participate in virtual training and team support sessions
