Join Hanna Andersson as a Seasonal Recruiting Coordinator to support hiring efforts during our busy peak season. In this role, you will help staff our fulfillment and operations teams by supporting candidates throughout the hiring process.
You’ll have the opportunity to participate in hiring events, assist with onboarding, and contribute to a positive candidate experience. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in recruiting and Human Resources.
This is a temporary role based in Louisville, KY.
What You'll Do:
Recruiting & Candidate Support
Assist candidates throughout the hiring process, including applications, background checks, and onboarding steps
Help create a smooth, welcoming, and positive candidate experience
Support hiring events
Onboarding & Administrative Support
Complete daily audits and administrative tasks related to pre-employment onboarding
Support new hire orientations
Update and maintain recruiting systems and candidate records
Provide general administrative support to the People Team
Support community outreach and hiring events to promote seasonal opportunities
Assist with on-site activities that promote employee engagement and help create a fun, positive, and inclusive workplace experience inspired by Hanna Andersson’s spirit of play
Help the team stay organized and meet hiring goals during peak periods
Support a fast-paced environment with flexibility, including overtime when needed
You Should Have:
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
Bilingual (Spanish) required
Some experience in customer service, administrative work, or support roles (HR or recruiting experience is a plus, but not required)
Friendly, clear communication and willingness to help others
Strong organization and attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word and Excel)
Ability to handle sensitive information responsibly
Willingness to learn and be a team player
Nice to Have (Not Required)
Experience supporting hiring, onboarding, or events
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems or background check tools
Experience working with groups of people
Based at a Hanna Andersson location in Louisville, KY
Flexible schedule required to support peak hiring needs, including possible overtime
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
