About the role
Job Description:
- Aiming at developing brand new accounts and driving expansion across existing accounts.
- Responsible for building strong customer relationships in the field and ensuring an outstanding customer experience with existing and potential customers based in Mexico.
- Develop an understanding of customers’ business and solution requirements.
- Responsible for account planning, sales forecasting and working with headquarter (China) teams to ensure alignment across the organizations
- Regularly engage with decision makers at client facilities in performing primary duties.
- Provide sales leadership and experience on large, sophisticated opportunities.
Requirements
- At least 4 years’ experience in the Enterprise market and sales (for example bank, government, carrier, retail, manufactory and large Enterprise)
- Excellent experience on account hunting, customer management and development.
- Strong skill to build customer relationship, drive customer needs and budget planning.
- Familiar with local Channel ecosystem.
- Excellent abilities of relationship building up and development.
- Demonstrate good technical skills for data center and x86 server products.
- Self-motivated and capable of working under own initiative.
- Good speaking and written communication.
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
- Willing to travel in the Latin America Region countries.
