The Role:
As the Integrated Business Director (Social-first), you will lead the strategy, delivery, and orchestration of large-scale, integrated campaigns for a consumer tech brand within a collaborative WPP inter-agency model. While social-first in thinking—particularly across TikTok, Instagram and YouTube—this role extends across brand, influence, content, and paid media touchpoints to deliver cohesive, multi-channel campaign ecosystems.
You will report to the Managing Partner and lead a dedicated team responsible for the strategic ideation, project leadership, and end-to-end delivery of major campaign workstreams. A key part of your remit will be translating brand and campaign strategy into actionable content ecosystems, ensuring ideas are designed for scale and consistency across social, influencer, brand, and wider media channels.
You will play a central role in shaping the brand’s cultural impact through big, idea-led campaigns, leveraging talent and creator partnerships where relevant, and ensuring all work is culturally resonant, strategically aligned, and platform-native in execution.
With deep expertise in social media and a strong understanding of integrated campaign delivery, you will develop ideas that move fluidly across channels - connecting social storytelling with broader brand platforms, influencer collaborations, and paid amplification. You will also oversee the creation of campaign toolkits, content playbooks, influencer frameworks, and rollout guidance, enabling effective execution across internal teams, markets, and external partners.
This role requires a confident, collaborative leader who can navigate complex stakeholder environments, bring clarity to multi-workstream campaigns, and drive both creative ambition and operational discipline. You will be equally comfortable shaping high-level strategic direction and ensuring rigorous execution across fast-moving, high-profile work.
Ultimately, you will act as the connective force between social thinking, brand strategy, and influence - ensuring ideas are built to scale, travel seamlessly across channels, and deliver meaningful brand impact.
This role is ideal for someone passionate about social-led thinking, with proven experience delivering large-scale integrated campaigns across multiple channels in fast-paced environments, and a track record of turning cultural insight into standout, cross-platform brand work.
