About the Role


We're looking for curious, ambitious individuals who want to learn how a fast-growing global AI startup operates from the inside. This is not a narrowly defined role. You'll gain exposure to recruitment, sales, customer success, marketing, events, and AI-driven business operations, often within the same week.

Responsibilities

  • Priorities will shift from time to time, and you'll be given clear direction on which tasks to focus on at any given moment. 
  • Source and manage candidate pipelines, including outreach and CV submission via the Qode platform.
  • Support business development by identifying leads and assisting sales strategies.
  • Support account management to maintain client relationships and satisfaction.
  • Contribute to marketing initiatives, including content, social media, and campaigns.
  • Help organize events to boost brand visibility and talent outreach.
  • Take on new tasks and responsibilities as the business evolves.
  • Collaborate across teams, switching context fluidly based on priorities.
  • Stay current on AI and recruitment trends relevant to your tasks. 


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • True generalist mindset - energized by variety, not a fixed scope.
  • Quick, easy context-switching across tasks and projects.
  • Strong multitasking and prioritization skills.
  • Fast learner with strong willingness to pick up new skills.
  • Highly adaptable in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal English for global stakeholders.
  • AI-savvy and tech-savvy with genuine interest in AI technologies and across recruitment, sales, and marketing tools.
  • Recruitment, sales, account management, or marketing experience in tech/SaaS is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience: fresh graduates to 3 years ideally; others welcome with a generalist mindset.
