The Fitness Center Attendant plays a crucial role in ensuring guests have a safe, clean, and enjoyable workout experience. You will be responsible for overseeing the fitness center's daily operations, maintaining equipment, and providing excellent customer service to all guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests upon arrival at the fitness center, providing information about equipment and facilities.
• Monitor fitness equipment to ensure proper usage, cleanliness, and safety.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the fitness center, including locker rooms and amenities.
• Assist guests with basic equipment setup and provide guidance on facility rules.
• Report any equipment malfunctions or maintenance needs promptly to management.
• Ensure adherence to all health, safety, and hygiene standards within the fitness center.
• Support special fitness events or classes as required.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Fitness Center Attendant or in a similar role within a luxury hotel or resort environment.
• Knowledge of fitness equipment and safety protocols.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Ability to maintain cleanliness and organization in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of first aid and CPR certification is an advantage.
• Strong communication skills with fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Certification in fitness, hospitality, or related fields is preferred.
• Must be currently in UAE
