Position Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and versatile HR Generalist to support day-to-day human resources operations while owning full-cycle recruiting across the organization. This role is ideal for someone who can operate as both a strategic HR partner and a hands-on recruiter, managing the full desk from intake through offer while supporting core HR functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Own full-cycle recruiting from requisition intake through offer negotiation and onboarding
Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, hiring strategies, and timelines
Source, screen, and interview candidates across various functions and levels
Serve as a point of contact for employees and managers on HR-related matters
Support onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle processes
Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws
Support benefits administration, leave management, and HRIS updates
Partner with leadership on employee engagement and retention initiatives
Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
Qualifications:
Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
3+ years of combined HR and recruiting experience, including full-cycle recruiting
Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions while balancing HR responsibilities
Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize
