We are looking for a Content Creator & SMM Project Manager. In this role, you will combine hands-on content creation with project management. You will be responsible for producing visual and text content, managing the publication calendar, and coordinating work with design teams to ensure a consistent and effective brand presence.

Key Responsibilities

1. Content Creation

  • Production: Create, shoot, and edit visual content (Reels, Stories, and static posts) for different platforms.
  • Copywriting & Scripting: Write engaging texts, captions, and video scripts aligned with the brand's tone of voice.
  • Trend Monitoring: Track digital trends, platform updates, and competitor activities to quickly adapt them into new content formats.
  • Testing Formats: Experiment with new ideas and visual styles to increase audience engagement.

2. Project Management & Operations

  • Content Planning: Develop and maintain content calendars, ensuring consistent and timely publishing across all channels.
  • Workflow Coordination: Turn marketing goals into clear project plans with specific deadlines and deliverables.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with Managing Directors, Copywriters, and Designers to align social media efforts.
  • Resource Management: Organize and store media assets, managing the workflow from initial idea to final post.

3. Analytics & Reporting

  • Track key metrics (reach, engagement, growth) across all social media platforms.
  • Analyze results to improve content quality and optimize project workflows.

Key Skills & Experience

  • 3+ years of experience in social media marketing, content creation, or digital production.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in mobile video editing (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or similar) and basic graphic design.
  • Project Management: Strong organizational skills, ability to manage content pipelines, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Platform Knowledge: Good understanding of Instagram and LinkedIn algorithms.
  • Language: Fluency in English (both written and spoken).
