Role Overview We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical professional to join our People Team as an Executive / Senior Executive – HR Analytics, HRMIS & HR Operations. In this role, you will be responsible for managing HR data, HRMS administration, workforce reporting, dashboard creation, and HR operational support.

You will play a critical role in enabling data-driven decision-making by delivering accurate workforce insights, maintaining HR data integrity, and driving process excellence across HR operations. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, hands-on experience with HRMS platforms, reporting tools, and business intelligence solutions, along with a passion for leveraging data to improve HR processes and employee experience.

Key Responsibilities HR Analytics & Reporting

● Maintain accurate and reliable HRMIS data with a strong focus on data integrity.
● Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly HR reports and MIS dashboards.
● Track and report key HR metrics including headcount, hiring, attrition, employee movement, attendance, and workforce demographics.
● Generate management reports and respond to stakeholder reporting requests within defined timelines.
● Validate and reconcile HR data across multiple systems to ensure reporting accuracy. Dashboarding & Workforce Analytics
● Develop interactive dashboards using Microsoft Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar visualization tools.
● Automate recurring reports to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual effort.
● Analyze workforce trends and provide actionable insights to HR leadership and business stakeholders.
● Support leadership presentations with data-driven analysis and visualization.
● Continuously monitor data quality and recommend process improvements. HRMS Administration
● Manage employee master data and organizational structures within HRMS platforms.
● Support employee lifecycle transactions including onboarding, transfers, promotions, role changes, and exits.
● Coordinate with HR Operations, Talent Acquisition, Payroll, and Finance teams to ensure data consistency.
● Assist in HRMS audits, compliance activities, data validation, and system testing.
● Support HR automation initiatives and system enhancements. HR Operations
● Provide operational support across the employee lifecycle.
● Ensure compliance with HR policies, processes, and governance standards.
● Maintain HR documentation and employee records with high accuracy.
● Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and employee experience. Stakeholder Management
● Collaborate with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, Payroll, Finance, and Business teams.
● Address internal reporting and HR data requests in a timely manner.
● Present workforce insights and HR metrics in a simple, meaningful, and business-friendly manner.

Qualifications
● Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Analytics, Statistics, or a related field.
● MBA/PGDM in HR, Analytics, or Operations is preferred. Experience
● 2–5 years of experience in HR Analytics, HRMIS, HR Operations, Workforce Reporting, or a similar role.
● Experience working with large HR datasets and enterprise HR systems. Preferred Technical Skills
● Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot Tables, Power Query, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Dashboards).
● Hands-on experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar Business Intelligence tools.
● Experience working with HRMS platforms such as Darwinbox, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, Zoho People, or equivalent.
● Strong expertise in HR reporting, workforce analytics, dashboard development, and employee data management.
● Knowledge of HR metrics, organizational reporting, and data governance. Behavioral Competencies
