Pelvic Health Physical Therapist
Location: North Fort Myers, FL
Position: Pelvic Health Physical Therapist
Compensation: $90,000 to $110,000 per year, based on experience
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Patient Volume: 1–2 patients per hour
Job Summary
We are seeking a Pelvic Health Physical Therapist for an outpatient position in North Fort Myers, FL. In this role, you will help patients address pelvic floor concerns through evaluation, education, treatment planning, and hands-on care.
This is a practical clinical role for a PT who wants enough time with each patient to understand their symptoms, guide their recovery, and make thoughtful changes to treatment as progress happens.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients for pelvic floor concerns, pain, weakness, and functional limitations
- Treat pelvic pain, postpartum recovery needs, bladder or bowel concerns, core weakness, and related conditions
- Design treatment plans that support strength, mobility, coordination, and daily function
- Provide patient education on pelvic health, movement habits, home exercises, and symptom management
- Use appropriate manual therapy, exercise-based care, and functional training techniques
- Review progress regularly and adjust the plan of care as needed
- Maintain clear documentation for each visit
- Contribute to a professional outpatient setting where patients receive focused attention
Requirements
- Active Florida Physical Therapist License required
- DPT Degree or MSPT Degree required
- Outpatient experience required
- Pelvic floor or pelvic health experience preferred
- New graduates are welcome
- Strong communication and patient education skills
