Role Overview

We’re looking for a Product Marketing & Growth specialist to own how our CPaaS product is presented, communicated, and scaled. This role combines content creation, product storytelling, digital marketing, and agency management.

You’ll be responsible for building high-quality product materials (presentations, decks, brochures), while also driving lead generation and growth through social media, email, and SEO—leveraging modern AI tools to maximize efficiency and output.

 

Key Responsibilities

1. Product Content & Collateral

  • Create and design:
    • Product decks & pitch presentations
    • SaaS documentation & one-pagers
    • Brochures and marketing materials
  • Translate complex product features into clear, compelling messaging
  • Ensure consistent brand voice across all materials
  • Use AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Canva, Notion AI) to accelerate content production

 

2. Digital Marketing & Growth

  • Plan and execute lead generation campaigns across:
    • Social media
    • Email marketing
    • SEO & content marketing
  • Optimize funnels from awareness → conversion
  • Manage and improve landing pages and campaign performance
  • Track KPIs: CAC, conversion rates, lead quality

 

3. Agency & Social Media Management

  • Manage external media/creative agencies
  • Define content calendars and campaign direction
  • Review and approve:
    • Social media content
    • Ad creatives
    • Campaign strategies
  • Ensure alignment with brand and growth objectives

 

4. Marketing Automation & AI Enablement, it’s a Plus.

  • Set up and optimize:
    • Email automation workflows
    • Lead nurturing sequences
    • CRM integrations
  • Leverage AI tools for:
    • Content generation
    • Campaign optimization
    • SEO insights
  • Continuously test and improve workflows

 

Requirements

Experience

  • 2–3+ years in product marketing, growth marketing, or SaaS marketing
  • Proven experience creating:
    • Product decks and presentations
    • Marketing collateral
  • Strong background in digital marketing and lead generation

Skills

  • Strong storytelling and copywriting ability
  • Good design sense (not necessarily a full designer, but strong taste)
  • Experience with:
    • Social media campaigns
    • Email marketing tools (e.g. HubSpot, Mailchimp)
    • SEO and GEO fundamentals
  • Experience managing agencies or freelancers.
  • Leverage AI Tools.
