We’re hiring engineers, operators, and builders who want to move fast, take on extreme ownership, and get capability into the hands of warfighters in months, not years.

What you will be doing

• Perform day to day accounting processes and month end close entries and account reconciliations
• Perform accounting close processes to ensure timely and accurate reporting of all monthly financial statements and supporting reports
• Prepare journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, accruals, reserves and account analysis
• Prepare schedules and supporting documentation related to external audit requirements, and interact with external auditors as required
• Process vendor invoices, verify coding and ensure timely approvals and monitor accounts payable balances
• Process customer invoices, apply cash and reconcile customer accounts and monitor accounts receivable balances
• Participate in special projects as requested
• Performs necessary functions to ensure compliance with SOX and Internal Controls over relevant processes
• Identify and implement process improvements and internal controls to increase efficiency and accuracy

You should have the following

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Netsuite, Oracle, Sage) and advanced Excel skills
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to interpret complex financial data
• Ability to convey financial information clearly to executives, peers, and auditors
• 2-6 years of related accounting/finance work experience

US Salary Range

$70,000 - $130,000 USD

The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations. Highly competitive equity grants are considered part of Neros' total compensation package.
