We are building a pipeline of maintenance professionals interested in supporting advanced drone operations and autonomous aviation programs.
Responsibilities
Perform inspections, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting activities
Support aircraft readiness and operational availability
Document maintenance activities and equipment status
Manage spare parts and maintenance inventory
Assist with root-cause investigations and corrective actions
Support continuous improvement of maintenance processes
Requirements
Experience in aviation maintenance, electronics, robotics, UAV systems, or related technical fields
Mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
Familiarity with maintenance documentation and procedures
Experience with commercial UAS platforms is preferred
FAA or manufacturer-specific maintenance qualifications are a plus
