We're hiring Recruitment Consultants at all levels—Associate, and Senior—to help us build our vision of becoming a leader in the recruitment industry and shape our future success. This role is target-focused, similar to a sales position, where your performance will drive our growth and achievements.

Our consultants are skilled in conducting in-depth research on your company and mastering recruitment marketing strategies. We use the STAR method to ensure that every candidate meets the client’s requirements. From the first call to probation completion, they remain fully accountable, ensuring a seamless hiring process and successful placements.


Job Description:

1 - Candidate Sourcing:

Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, networking, and referrals, to identify potential candidates.

2 - Market Research:

Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor analysis to provide valuable insights to clients.

3 - Candidate Presentation:

Present qualified candidates to clients, highlighting their skills, experience and suitability for the position.

Manage feedback and facilitate communication between candidates and clients.

4 - Offer Negotiation:

Assist in salary and benefits negotiations between candidates and clients.

Ensure a smooth transition for the selected candidates from offer acceptance to onboarding.

 

Key Qualifications:

* Proven experience in sales-related positions OR recruitment (minimum 2-4 years preferred).

* Fully familiar with the sales ecosystem, including KPIs and revenue targets

* Possesses strong curiosity, active communication skills, and a proactive attitude.

* Strong research and analytical thinking skills to understand client and market needs.

* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

* Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for continuous learning and personal development.

* English is a must (both verbal and written)

* Comfortable in networking session
