We're Hiring: Senior Product Designer

Working model: Remote | Type: Full-time

We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer to strengthen our remote delivery teams.

What You’ll Do

  • Design intuitive, high-fidelity interfaces and end-to-end user experiences aligned with latest trends;
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to drive data-validated design decisions and rationale;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, QA) to ensure feasible, high-quality implementation;
  • Own and evolve scalable Design Systems, ensuring consistency across web and native platforms;
  • Integrate AI-powered tools to optimize workflows, ideation, and prototyping while maintaining design excellence;
  • Actively participate in design rituals and community to foster feedback and continuous improvement.

Requirements

What You’ll Bring

    • 5+ years of experience in all aspects of product design, designing for multiple platforms (responsive web, Android & iOS);
    • 5+ years of visual design experience, with proficiency in typography, desktop/mobile UI, color, layout, iconography, and aesthetic sense and how these elements impact product function;
    • Proficiency with industry standard design tools (e,g. Figma, Sketch, Adobe Suite, etc) for the creation of artifacts and presentations;
    • An online portfolio demonstrating past work experience and deliverables;
    • Degree in design engineering, human computer interaction, product design, interaction design, or a related field or equivalent industry experience;
    • Excellent knowledge of responsive design and mobile UI/UX design principles and methodologies as they relate to software development;
    • Closely collaborating with UX Researchers to support user testing, A/B testing, heuristic evaluations, and accessibility/usability assessments, while contributing to rapid prototyping and user-centered design improvements;
    • Experience in using UX/UI design best practices to design solutions;
    • Experience working with cross-functional agile/scrum teams;
    • Demonstrated experience proving designs, hypotheses, and recommendations through the use of data or validated evidence, and providing commercial rationale for design decisions.
