Location: Hillsborough, NJ
Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Patient Volume: 1 patient per hour
Salary: $70,000–$80,000/year DOE + Full Benefits

Job Summary
We’re hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant for a private outpatient practice. This role supports the Physical Therapist by helping patients’ complete treatment plans designed to improve movement, strength, and daily function. You will work directly with patients during therapy sessions, monitor their response to treatment, and help keep care organized from visit to visit.

Responsibilities

• Assist with outpatient therapy treatments under PT supervision
• Guide patients through exercises and functional activities
• Monitor patient response during treatment
• Document treatment details and progress notes
• Report updates or concerns to the Physical Therapist
• Maintain an organized and prepared treatment area

Requirements

• Associate degree from an accredited PTA program
• Active New Jersey PTA license
• Outpatient experience preferred
• Strong communication and documentation skills
