About the role
The Company:
David creates tools to help people build muscle and lose fat. Our first products are protein bars, and we’re building a platform for high-protein, low-calorie, blood-sugar-friendly foods that are craveable.
This is a rare opportunity to join a breakout food brand at a pivotal stage of growth. Led by CEO Peter Rahal, Cofounder and Former CEO of RXBAR, David is working to become the leading consumer food brand focused on high-protein foods in North America and beyond.

- Serve as a trusted advisor to leaders, providing market insights, talent intelligence, and guidance throughout the hiring process.
- Identify and engage exceptional talent through proactive sourcing, referrals, networking, and creative outreach strategies.
- Lead candidate evaluation, ensuring a consistently high bar for capability, values alignment, and long-term potential.
- Create a candidate experience that is fast, thoughtful, transparent, and distinctly human.
- Own recruiting operations, including pipeline management, interview coordination, ATS hygiene, and recruiting analytics.
- Craft compelling job descriptions and recruiting messaging that authentically represent the David brand.
- Build and manage relationships with external recruiting partners and other strategic talent channels.
- Continuously improve hiring processes, interview quality, and employer brand as we scale.
- Support broader People initiatives that strengthen how we attract, hire, and retain exceptional talent.

- Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through.
- Excellent communication skills with a warm, professional, and relationship-driven approach.
- Ability to manage multiple searches and competing priorities with speed, thoughtfulness, and precision.
- Strong curiosity about people, talent assessment, and what makes individuals and teams successful.
- Excitement about building exceptional teams in a fast-paced, in-person CPG environment with ambitious growth goals.
