KORRES is looking for a dynamic, self-motivated Store Assistant to join our Sales team. You will be working in a challenging international environment which embraces continuous learning and growth alongside a dynamic team of experienced professionals.

Your scope of work entails:

• Build strong customer relationships and loyalty by providing personalized service and follow-up
• Demonstrate and promote products to customers, highlighting their features and benefits
• Support customers in finding the right product for their needs, skin type, and preferences.
• Meet sales goals and targets by promoting and selling products.
• Provide expert advice on skincare, makeup, and beauty products to customers
• Provide beauty services such as makeovers, skincare consultations, and product demonstrations.
• Handle customer complaints and returns aiming to customer satisfaction
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including product displays and testers.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Foreign languages literacy
• Experience in cash handling and POS systems
• Excellent communication skills and customer engagement orientation
• Sales-oriented with the ability to meet sales goals and targets
• Previous experience in retail or beauty industry preferred.
• Strong knowledge of skincare and beauty products, including ingredients and their benefits.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
