Job Title: Team Lead - Mental Health Hospital 
Location: Widnes
Pay Rate: £45 per hour

Job Description:

Liquid Personnel is actively recruiting for a Deputy Manager position at a private mental health hospital in Widnes. The role is open to qualified Occupational Therapists, Social Workers, or Registered Mental Health Nurses (RMNs) with leadership experience in mental health hospital settings.

The Deputy Manager will:

  • Lead a multidisciplinary team.
  • Champion adult safeguarding.
  • Drive recovery-focused care.
  • Support service users in achieving personal goals and reintegration into the community.

  • Experience supervising and managing teams
  • Background in mental health hospital settings
  • Strong leadership and communication skills

Qualifications & Experience:

To be successful in this role you must have, 
Occupational therapist or Social Work or RMN
