Maviance PLC is engaging in its expansion phase in Cameroon and within the CEMAC (Central African) region with the goal of establishing the company as the #1 leading player in the Fintech and Digital Financial space.

Your contribution could be the missing piece that elevates Maviance to new heights!. We are looking for 02 Account managers & CRM Professional Interns to assist the Commercial team with the administrative and operational management of prospects and customers in order to improve the quality of sales follow-up, reduce onboarding times and help increase the customer activation rate.

Key responsibilities

Lead Management

  • Qualify incoming leads according to defined criteria.
  • Check that the information provided is complete.
  • Ensure leads are assigned and tracked in Zoho CRM.
  • Carry out initial follow-ups with prospects.

KYC & Compliance Support

  • Collect the required administrative documents.
  • Check that files are complete.
  • Follow up on missing documents.
  • Prepare files for submission to the Compliance teams.

CRM Administration

  • Create and update prospect and customer records in Zoho CRM.
  • Maintain data quality and accuracy.
  • Update opportunities and file statuses.

Contract Management

  • Monitor NDAs, contracts and amendments.
  • Follow up as necessary until signatures are obtained.
  • Update contractual statuses in the CRM.

Operational Reporting

  • Produce weekly reports tracking leads and cases.
  • Escalate any issues to the Account Manager.
  • Help monitor performance indicators.

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in business management, marketing, commerce and sales, finance or any related fields.
  • 2 years of experience in sales, account management, field work.
  • Knowledge of the tertiary sector, the field, and sales reporting.
  • Sales pipeline and lead management.
  • Administrative management.
  • Knowledge of a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly: Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Attention to detail and data accuracy.
