As we continue to grow our Airbus A320neo fleet, we are looking for experienced Cabin Crew members to join our team at our new Frankfurt base. Marabu Airlines is a dynamic leisure airline serving the German market. With our modern Airbus A320neo aircraft, we are committed to delivering exceptional service and unforgettable travel experiences to our passengers.

If you are an experienced Cabin Crew member with a valid EASA Cabin Crew Attestation and are interested in a permanent, Frankfurt-based position with Marabu, we would like to hear from you. Please note this is a fixed-base position, not a commuting contract, and not a seasonal contract.

Requirements

• Minimum Age: 18 years
• Minimum Height: 158 cm
• Education: Completed secondary education
• Certification: valid EASA Cabin Crew Attestation
• Citizenship: Have the right to live and work in Germany and the EU
• Languages: Fluency in written and spoken English. All levels of German language are welcomed. Willingness to learn German to a higher level over time is encouraged
• Medical Fitness: Valid aeromedical certificate and ability to swim unassisted
• Experience: cabin crew experience with valid EASA attestation
• Personal Attributes: This is a role for people who enjoy working with others, adapt well to change, and remain calm and confident in a fast-moving environment. From roster changes to onboard emergencies, you will be expected to respond professionally, support your colleagues, and help create a positive experience for every passenger.
• Background Check: No criminal record
• Ability to reach the airport of your home base station within 60 minutes at any time

Your Key Tasks

• You will provide warm and professional hospitality to ensure passenger comfort throughout the flight
• You will carry out safety and security procedures, conduct safety checks, demonstrate emergency equipment, and ensure compliance with aviation regulations
• You will support onboard sales and promote products that enhance the passenger experience
• You will work closely with colleagues to ensure smooth, efficient, and safe cabin operations
